Latest News: 20/12/2020 - P&P Singers' Virtual Christmas Carol Concert
Join Poole and Parkstone Singers for our annual evening of Christmas Songs, Readings & Carols, filmed in the beautiful setting of the St Aldhelms' Church Christmas Tree Festival on Friday 18th December 2020 and for this year, broadcast online to you at home!
Cosy up with your own mulled wine and mince pie and enjoy the performance from the comfort of your own living room. Despite the unusual year, as per P&P tradition, the P&P Singers will be joined by The Players, Musical Theatre and Daytime Voices, for a 'socially distanced, covid-secure' performance that will evoke the true spirit of Christmas.
Our online broadcast of this year's P&P Carol Concert is free, however if you feel able to donate, the funds raised will be split between P&P and Branksome St Aldhelms' Church. Tickets for our Carol Concert are usually £6 per person, but any contribution you are able to make will make an impact, whether a little or a lot. You can donate on our Facebook Fundraiser here: https://www.facebook.com/donate/69631... or email Rosie on for alternative payment methods.
Thank you for your support throughout this unusual year and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy 2021, from all at P&P

Latest News: 30/10/2020
Over lockdown we have continued to work hard behind the scenes, and we have some very exciting shows planned for the not too distant future, so do keep an eye on our website and social media channels for news.
This lockdown period has been our longest break in face-to-face rehearsals since World War Two, but luckily we've been able to keep in touch and keep the society running virtually instead! Many thanks to all of the team who have helped put together the Weekly Quizzes, socially distanced driveway performances, montage videos, Social Singing rehearsals, Play readings and Singers rehearsals via Zoom, and the weekly YouTube rehearsals too. Although it's not been quite the same, there's been a fantastic sense of camaraderie and community over this time and we'd like to thank our members too for being so involved with all we've tried to offer.
We're now taking our first steps back to in-person rehearsals for all sections at our fantastic 'Covid-Secure' rehearsal venue, The Spire. The P&P Singers returned successfully at the beginning of October and are now rehearsing Christmas repertoire, InSpire Daytime Voices begins again next week and we will soon be hosting Dance Workshops with Claire Camble-Hutchins for our Musical Theatre Society. Although things look a little different for now, its great to be back together in person and hopefully this is the first step back to normality.
For now, because our numbers are limited by social distancing measures, we are unable to take on new members. However, if you are interested in joining us, please contact our membership secretary who will add you to the waiting list and will be in touch as soon as we are able to hold auditions again. You can also join our mailing list to be the first to hear about updates here.
Stay safe everybody, and hope to be welcoming you back to rehearsals and performances again before too long.
The shows WILL go on!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"When it comes to song and dance spectaculars there is no-one to beat this company... The staging, costumes and performance
really were as good as it gets..."
